Morgan McKinley is working with a leading international organisation who are seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join their growing operations in Limerick. This role sits within the financial reporting function, providing the opportunity to support the preparation and review of financial statements, contribute to best practice, and gain exposure to evolving accounting and regulatory requirements.
The Role:
Prepare, review, and deliver financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support coordination with external auditors, ensuring timely communication of technical updates and industry developments.
Assist management in implementing best practice solutions and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives.
Participate in client servicing, reporting processes and financial analysis.
Help resolve complex financial reporting issues ensuring high-quality delivery across teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or audit.
Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS.
Understanding of accounting processes and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with auditors and internal teams.
Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
Proficient with financial reporting and accounting systems.
