Role Summary:
We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to support our service operations team. This position involves administrative coordination related to spare parts, documentation, and internal processes. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a technical support or service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue pricing estimates for spare parts based on customer requirements.
- Enter and manage orders for spare parts within the internal system.
- Source locally required components and manage their receipt to ensure timely availability.
- Process and track expense claims submitted by service team members.
- Support the preparation of required documentation and permits for service-related activities, including upkeep of customer-specific online platforms.
- Organise and maintain training schedules, records, and certifications for the service team.
