Our client is a highly reputable and well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in the Irish market and an excellent reputation for client service. As part of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Client Services Executive to join their established team in Limerick.
This is a Limerick-based opportunity, however, there may be flexibility around alternative locations for candidates based in Tipperary or Galway.
The Role
The Client Services Executive will provide end-to-end administrative and client service support to Financial Planners and their clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing new business documentation and managing cases through to policy issuance
- Processing Letters of Authority and Transfer of Agency requests
- Managing client onboarding, including AML verification and compliance documentation
- Preparing Client Summary Reports, policy summaries and supporting documentation
- Processing fund switches, top-ups, premium changes, cancellations and other policy servicing requests
- Administering retirement, death and serious illness claims through to completion
- Maintaining accurate client and company records across CRM, BIS and provider systems
- Liaising with clients and product providers by phone, email and in person
- Working closely with Financial Planners and colleagues to ensure an efficient and high-quality client experience
- Providing wider administrative support to the team
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in life, pensions and investment administration, ideally gained within a financial planning firm, brokerage, advisory business or financial services organisation.
You will ideally have:
- Relevant experience (1-2 years minimum)
- A strong understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of AML and CPC requirements
- QFA qualification is required
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Experience using CRM or financial services administration systems
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
