Procurement Specialist
A leading provider in the medical devices and healthcare supplies industry is seeking a Procurement Specialist to strengthen its supply chain operations. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and enhancing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of equipment and consumables that meet internal and customer needs.
Manage supplier accounts and performance
Identify and evaluate new supplier opportunities
Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve best value
Maintain accurate pricing data within SAP
Analyse procurement data to drive efficiencies
Support internal sales teams with tenders and product requests
Contribute to inventory planning and optimisation efforts
Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Experience with procurement data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Excellent Excel and general IT skills
Detail-focused with strong organisational abilities
Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
