Morgan McKinley is working with a long-standing client - a high-growth, industry-leading utility infrastructure company based in Tralee. They're expanding their finance team and are now hiring for a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join them onsite.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and resolving supplier and internal queries promptly

Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently

Reconciling supplier statements and following up on outstanding payments or discrepancies

Liaising with internal teams to ensure correct invoice coding, approval, and timely payment

Supporting month-end close processes, including reporting and reconciliations

Assisting with payroll-related tasks, such as timesheet reviews, reporting, and data entry

Contributing to continuous improvements within the finance team and systems
What We're Looking For:

2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (system upgrade experience a plus)

Clear communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude
