Communications Manager

The Scaled Operations team manages outsourced vendor operations supporting a global operations function. This role sits within the Operations Excellence team and focuses on governance, executive communications, and program support across global stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly organised professional to support executive-level communications, governance forums, and performance reporting across multiple regions and time zones.
Communications
Prepare executive briefs, business reviews, and operational performance updates.
Draft external communications for vendor partners (business updates, compliance guidance, newsletters).
Synthesize complex information into clear, concise executive-ready materials.
Governance
Plan and coordinate governance meetings across time zones.
Prepare and consolidate executive materials.
Manage agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
Reporting & Tracking
Develop reporting processes to track goals and priorities.
Deliver monthly/quarterly progress updates for executive audiences.
6-7+ years' experience in PR, technology, consulting, or similar environments, with strong executive communications exposure.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience working across global stakeholders and time zones.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Project/program management experience preferred.
Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
