AI Manager

My client is looking for an AI Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year AI and Automation strategy aligned with large scale business transformation.
  
  
• Lead the design, governance, and execution of enterprise AI and RPA initiatives, ensuring measurable business value.
  
  
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and scale AI/RPA use cases across the organisation.
  
  
• Establish KPIs, value-realisation frameworks, and operating models to track impact and performance.
  
  
• Build, lead, and develop a high performing AI and automation team, driving adoption and change management.
  
  
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and regulatory requirements, embedding innovation and compliance by design.
  

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in senior IT or technology leadership roles, delivering complex, enterprise scale solutions.
  
  
• Proven experience leading AI and intelligent automation programs, including RPA and AI governance.
  
  
• Strong background in strategic planning, roadmap development, and business transformation.
  
  
• Experience working across the full SDLC, managing cross functional teams and external partners.
  
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  
  
• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence is necessary.
