Having established a global track record, they are launching their new European practice hub in Ireland and seeking dynamic early-career talent to help drive their expansion.
The Role
This is a high-impact, entry-level position designed for a sharp, proactive graduate eager to gain direct exposure to early-stage business development, innovation ecosystems, and tech commercialization.
Working remotely while collaborating closely with the founder, you will play a hands-on role in mapping partnerships, supporting outreach, and managing business operations. While day-to-day work is fully remote, local travel to Dublin for key stakeholder meetings, client briefings, and industry networking events will be required as needed.
What You'll Do

Ecosystem Research: Map prospective partners, key startup ecosystem players, and relevant innovation grants/programmes across Ireland and Europe.

Outreach & CRM Management: Assist with outbound email outreach, support early prospective partner communications, and maintain an organized sales and partnerships pipeline.

Briefings & Operations: Prepare concise research summaries and briefing notes to prepare leadership for high-level meetings.

Event Representation: Travel to and attend key Dublin-based events, meetups, and conferences to expand our local network.

Executive Support: Handle meeting coordination, follow-ups, and flexible operational tasks as business priorities evolve.
What We're Looking For

Education: Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in:

Business with a focus on Technology, Entrepreneurship, or Innovation

Product Design, Service Design, or Design Management

STEM, Science, or Engineering with a strong interest in commercial applications

Location & Travel: Based in Ireland with the right to work full-time. Able to work remotely and travel to Dublin for key face-to-face meetings and events.
