We are a fast-growing digital marketing and transformation agency seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be critical in shaping how we leverage data to deliver measurable commercial outcomes for our diverse client base.
You will lead the agency's data & analytics strategy, ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and embedded in client marketing strategies to drive real business results such as revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability.
Define and execute the agency-wide data & analytics strategy aligned with business and client goals.
Lead, mentor, and grow the data & analytics team.
Partner with client strategy and performance teams to integrate data-driven decision-making into all client initiatives.
Manage integration across CRM, ecommerce, and advertising platforms to enable end-to-end reporting.
Oversee implementation and optimisation of offline conversion tracking and advanced ecommerce tracking.
Lead audits and improvements of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (including server-side), and data layers.
Build and manage advanced attribution models such as data-driven attribution, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.
Establish KPI frameworks focused on profitability, customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and customer growth.
Collaborate on predictive modelling initiatives including lead scoring and churn risk analysis.
Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio.
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Implement automation and anomaly detection in reporting to improve speed and accuracy.
Stay current on data privacy regulations, cookie deprecation challenges, and evolving attribution methodologies.
Define standards for data quality, tracking accuracy, and governance.
Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and platforms to enhance capabilities.
Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role within a digital agency, consultancy, or performance-driven environment.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (client and server-side), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboarding tools like Looker Studio.
Experience integrating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ecommerce platforms with marketing technologies.
Strong understanding of offline conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and incrementality testing.
Proficiency with SQL and cloud data warehousing (BigQuery or similar) is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value.
