Tech Lead

My client is looking for a Tech Lead with a minimum of 5 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical execution for incident response, change management, and problem resolution, driving continuous service improvement.
  
  
• Monitor and maintain IAM authentication systems, ensuring performance, stability, and compliance with security standards.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  
  
• Administer and update IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta, ensuring system integrity and version compliance.
  
  
• Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to implement seamless authentication solutions across the organization.
  
  
• Document system configurations and processes, providing clear updates and reports to management and audit teams

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years' IAM experience.
  
  
• Proven expertise in authentication and authorization technologies (MFA, LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and/or Okta in enterprise environments.
  
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including identity security best practices.
  
  
• Experience applying IT service management (ITIL) principles to operational and support processes.
  
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across distributed teams.
