An international financial services organisation is seeking an Analyst to join its Fund Distribution Services (FDS) team on a fixed-term basis. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a global asset servicing environment, supporting a wide range of institutional clients and investors.
This position would suit an experienced Transfer Agency or Investor Services professional with strong client focus, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of fund operations, particularly within the Money Market Funds space.
Manage and resolve investor queries relating to fund information, trade processing, cash management, reconciliations, stock transfers, and general fund documentation.
Ensure all client and investor files are complete, consistent, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including custodians, fund accounting, and compliance teams to ensure timely query resolution.
Support the maintenance and accuracy of investor data for the duration of client relationships.
Manage escalations and issues from both internal and external sources, ensuring prompt resolution.
Identify and implement process improvements and team efficiencies.
Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure accurate and timely task delivery.
4-5 years' experience within Transfer Agency, Investor Services, or Fund Distribution operations.
Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and exposure to Money Market Funds highly desirable.
Solid understanding of trade processing, reconciliations, and fund business rules.
Experience managing client or investor relationships, with proven ability to make sound operational decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
