Salary - €46000 negotiable
Requirements:
- Experience of Risk Management, preferably specialising in Third Party Risk, with a
clear understanding and knowledge of the risks associated with introducing third
party suppliers.
- A clear understanding of third-party management, supplier relationship management,
BCM & Exit management, and the role they play in the on-boarding / renewal and on-
going management of third parties.
- Capable of building positive relationships internally and externally, in-person and
virtually.
- Proven time-management and organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel,
SharePoint, Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills; being able to overcome
obstacles in a methodical manner.
About Role
- Work directly with Business Owners to support the creation of Exit strategies & plans,
sharing opinions to guide and shape an agreed solution in a variety of business contexts (both in planned and unplanned scenarios).
- Review and assess the Third-Party's business continuity documents and environment through the Third-Party Risk Assessment, ensuring they have a robust
- Business Continuity programme within their organisation which can withstand a potential incident affecting PTSB's services.
- Continuously drive, challenge, and ensure a consistent approach to Third Party BCM & Exit Management is embedded across the group.
- Collaborate with the Third Party BCM & Exit Manager on a regular basis to ensure
alignment to team objectives and providing regular updates on work volumes and escalating any issues in a timely manner.
- Act with purpose, driving momentum across activities to meet multiple priorities in tandem.
