Reporting to: Head of Tax
An established international law firm is seeking a recently qualified Lawyer (1-4 years PQE) who has completed or is in the process of completing their AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualifications.
Joining a growing Tax practice, you will work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality tax advice to global corporations and financial institutions on complex, market-leading transactions.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in advising clients on debt capital markets, investment funds, M&A, cross-border tax planning, aircraft leasing, and corporate tax.
- Research complex tax technical matters and draft clear legal/tax documentation and client opinions.
- Work collaboratively with partners, cross-practice teams, and international colleagues.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Qualified Lawyer or Accountant (1 - 4 Years PQE).
- Tax Credentials: Completed or currently completing AITI CTA exams.
- Experience: Financial services tax experience within a recognized accounting or law practice.
- Key Skills: Strong technical tax background, excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and clear communication.
