    Morgan McKinley are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join a dynamic Supply Chain team in the FMCG sector.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, driving service levels, and maintaining a balanced supply plan to meet customer demand efficiently. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and maintain mid-to-long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
    • Coordinate with demand planners, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure supply continuity.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses or markets to prevent overstock and stock-outs.
    • Analyze supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies to minimize service disruptions.
    • Create and maintain key planning KPIs (e.g., fill rate, inventory turns, service levels).
    • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and systems.
    • Lead S&OP supply planning processes, ensuring alignment across functions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturing sites, third-party suppliers, and logistics providers.
    • Provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders on supply issues or changes.

    Key Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in supply planning preferably in an FMCG or consumer goods environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proficient in planning software with strong Excel experience.
    • Experience with forecasting and inventory management tools is a plus.
    • APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent is an advantage.
