Overview:
A leading client-side organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex capital projects within a major infrastructure investment programme in Dublin. The role covers full lifecycle delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of multiple projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and safety.
- Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned with programme objectives and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers across concurrent projects.
- Coordinate design, commercial, and site teams, resolving interface and delivery issues.
- Oversee contract administration, change control, and compensation events under NEC/FIDIC.
- Report on programme progress, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years' experience in construction infrastructure, delivering large, complex, operationally sensitive projects.
- Experience acting as client or client's representative, leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and best-practice project management processes.
- Proficiency in programme and risk management; Primavera P6 experience an advantage.
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline; PRINCE2 or equivalent, with professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar) preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
