Senior Project Manager - Contract (12 months) - Dublin

We are seeking a project manager to support the delivery of a major expansion project at a leading biopharmaceutical facility in Dublin. This role will focus on the implementation of new automatic syringe inspection lines to strengthen site capabilities and future product supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX project delivery from design through to operational readiness.
• Oversee vendor engagement, including technical oversight, FAT/SAT, build, and delivery.
• Manage installation, commissioning, and qualification of new inspection equipment to GMP standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, and validation.
• Undertake international travel to vendor sites as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Process, Automation, or related discipline).
• Proven track record in engineering project delivery within pharma/biopharma.
• Experience with automated inspection equipment, packaging, or fill-finish systems is highly desirable.
• Strong vendor management and CQV experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel internationally during project phases.
