Building Services Engineer (Contract)
We have a requirment for Electrical and Mechanical Building Service Engineers for long term contract roles based in North Dublin.
We are looking for 10+ years experience in a similiar role.
As part of the day to day you will:
- Ensure designs and contract documents are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives as set out by the Contracting Entity and in compliance with best in class governance and controls procedures as defined within the Contracting Entity's programme / project execution system.
- Assess project requirements relating to the relevant engineering elements across the Programmes to ensure they are feasible and in line with the Contracting Entity's objectives
- Work on multiple projects within the Programmes through all stages from concept and detailed design through to construction and handover managing their interfaces and competing interests.
- Coordinate with the wider Programme teams for works in progress including agreeing specifications and standards, construction supervision and testing requirements, and provide recommendations for final acceptance of completed works
- Be proactive in co-ordinating project design requirements between fellow design colleagues, project managers, asset care personnel and external consultants
- Support stakeholders, external designers and contractors, ensuring that the best value design outcome is achieved.
