We are seeking three contract resources to support two strategic initiatives:
Modernization of our data platform, including CDC-based data ingestion, migration to Snowflake, and implementation of secure data access and governance controls.
Expansion of AI-driven capabilities, including document extraction, intelligent data processing, and workflow automation.

Typical Responsibilities
- Design and implement CDC-based data pipelines into Snowflake.
- Develop and optimize scalable data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Implement secure data access, governance, and client data segregation controls within Snowflake.
- Develop and support Java/Spring services that integrate with the data platform.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and related data integration technologies.
- Build and support AWS-hosted cloud-native solutions.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities for document extraction, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and business stakeholders on strategic platform initiatives.
