Our client, a well-established private college in Dublin, is hiring a Sales Executive to drive student recruitment and revenue across its English Language and Higher Education programmes - working both direct-to-student and through an international network of education agents.
This is a genuine, target-driven commercial sales role. You'll prospect, consult, manage a pipeline and close - with success measured on fully paid and registered students, not enquiry volume. There's a particular focus on growing EMEA and LATAM markets, so Portuguese and/or Spanish is a real advantage.
Education experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you have a strong sales track record and can build relationships, manage a pipeline and consistently close, they want to hear from you.
What you'll do
Direct student recruitment
Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from web enquiry, call, walk-in or referral through to enrolment. Run consultations to match students to the right programme and pathway, advise on entry requirements, fees and start dates, and follow up relentlessly on applications, offers and payments. Generate your own opportunities too, particularly across EMEA and LATAM.
Higher Education sales
Recruit across the full HE portfolio - Access/Pathway, Undergraduate and Postgraduate. Convert conditional and unconditional offers, keep visibility on applicants awaiting documents, decisions or payment, and spot progression opportunities for existing students.
Agent & partner sales
Be the commercial contact for a portfolio of education agents. Grow existing accounts, support agents with programme information, pricing and training, monitor their pipelines from application to visa to enrolment, and act on both high-potential and underperforming accounts.
Pipeline, CRM & reporting
Keep an accurate pipeline across EL, HE, direct and agent channels. Produce weekly and monthly reports on performance, conversion and revenue, and use the data to spot risks and opportunities early.
Collaboration
Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships and Operations, and represent the college at open days, recruitment fairs, agent events and webinars.
What you'll bring
Nice to have
What's in it for you
You won't be boxed into one product or one channel. You'll build expertise across English Language and Higher Education, across both direct and agent sales, and own international markets and agent accounts of your own - with a clear path into Senior Sales Executive, Business Development, Account Management or Sales Management as the team grows.
Hybrid working: 3 days on campus across two Dublin campuses, 2 days remote. Some flexibility is needed for open days, agent meetings and recruitment events.
