My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales office, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer service throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Support order fulfilment, liaising across the supply chain from source to delivery.
Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, delivery schedules and updates.
Monitor and track customer orders, proactively communicating any changes.
Provide proof of delivery documentation when required.
Handle phone enquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.
Deliver general sales office administration support.
Assist with additional administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Baan, SAP or similar).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with VBA knowledge an advantage.
Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and databases.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
