Registration Officer - Banking Operations
Location: Dublin
Employment Type: Contract 12 month with high likelihood of extension
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Banking Operations professional to join a leading international financial institution within its Supply Chain Finance Operations team.
This role will suit candidates with experience in banking operations, trade finance, client onboarding, treasury operations, payments, or related financial services environments who enjoy working with complex systems, data accuracy, and process improvement.
The Role
As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and control of Supply Chain Finance programmes across a range of internal and external platforms. Working closely with implementation, operations, and technology teams, you will ensure that programme data is accurately configured and maintained while supporting ongoing platform enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
You will also act as a key point of contact for registration-related queries, system issues, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain client and programme data across Supply Chain Finance platforms
- Validate and control programme setup information to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform ongoing maintenance of static data and programme parameters
- Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues
- Support testing and implementation of platform enhancements and system releases
- Produce operational reports and management information as required
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Maintain procedures, controls, and audit documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice processes
About You
- Degree qualified in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline
- Previous experience within banking or financial services operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with multiple systems and operational workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Desirable Experience
- Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance knowledge
- Experience supporting system implementations or UAT testing
- Exposure to data management, client onboarding, or programme administration
- Experience working with process improvement initiatives
