About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a friendly and professional Receptionist for a 3-month contract with a well-established client based in Dublin 1. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Handle bookings, deliveries, and administrative tasks as needed
Provide general support to the wider team and assist with day-to-day office duties
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-presented, friendly, and professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT systems
