My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes, national events, and EU-funded initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administration for training and national events

• Maintain and update databases and respond to queries

• Record activities on internal IT systems

• Assist with financial tracking, including preparing budgets and reconciling files

• Manage payments and contracts, liaising with external contractors

• Support financial reporting and documentation for audits and EU compliance
