Our client, one of the leading Irish law firms, is seeking an ambitious property lawyer to join one of the industry-leading teams. This firm would be considered one of the bigger "mid-tier" firms who can offer extremely competitive salaries but also a fair work/life balance.
The ideal candidate will be coming from another mid-tier firm and have rounded property experience in both residential and commercial work.
Responsibilities:

Represent a client base from institutional investors, developers, lenders, semi state bodies to private corporates and private individuals in relation to all areas of commercial and residential real estate.

Support the firms international investment division in matters pertaining to property investments, including offices, logistics parks, and shopping centers.

Collaborate effectively in a team to handle high-value client matters.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor capable of delivering timely and high-quality guidance while managing their expectations.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial/residential property and real estate matters, ideally from another mid-tier law firm.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and a drive to find solutions for clients' legal challenges and needs.
- Be a confident manager of stakeholders, with proven experience in engaging with individuals both internally and externally across various organizational levels.
