A well-established organisation with a broad portfolio of customer-facing operations is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their busy Transformation team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, managing multiple concurrent projects across the business - spanning digital initiatives, operational infrastructure, and customer experience programmes.
Unlike a purely traditional delivery function, this team operates across both long-term strategic programmes and shorter-term, agile-driven improvements.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and delivering multiple concurrent projects across business functions, ranging from digital platform rollouts to operational infrastructure programmes
- Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on enhancing end-to-end customer journeys
- Leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Working within Agile frameworks to manage incremental delivery alongside longer-horizon strategic initiatives
- Engaging stakeholders across the business to manage priorities, dependencies, and expectations across a busy project portfolio
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering in complex, multi-project environments
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in a practical delivery context
- Demonstrable experience on digital transformation projects, with a clear understanding of customer-facing platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven tools and solutions within a business transformation context is highly desirable
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on day-to-day delivery; adaptable and pragmatic under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to operate at senior level
