    A leading global Technology company seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their Strategy, Change & Transformation team. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on shaping and driving large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

    The successful candidate will work at the heart of a growing global business, collaborating with programme leadership to deliver measurable benefits through end-to-end project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programmes, ensuring delivery remains within scope, time, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams and workstreams, fostering effective ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Partner with Programme Managers to develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
    • Gather information from diverse sources to provide clear insights and storytelling that support senior-level decision-making.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring all projects comply with regulatory and quality standards.
    • Lead a small project team and contribute to the growth and capability of the wider transformation function.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven track record in project management, ideally within Consumer, Retail, or Tech sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, supported by certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or MSP.
    • Exceptional engagement skills with the ability to navigate a global organisation and influence senior team members.
    • Familiarity with digital/technology-enabled projects and experience managing financial and budget tracking.
    • Practical experience with business change management and supporting smooth implementation/adoption of new systems.
    • Previous experience in a highly regulated environment or a consulting background is highly desirable.
    • Experience with Coupa or Oracle Fusion implementations would be an advantage.
