Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity to oversee a critical portfolio of technical projects.
This role is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of key manufacturing and technical initiatives, focused on accelerating regulatory approval for our products.
- Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Regulatory Acceleration: Oversee a technical project portfolio, including managing complete tech transfers and establishing new stability studies to fast-track regulatory approvals.
- Technical Product Team (TPT) Support: Act as the driving force behind the TPT book of work, delivering projects across API, Drug Product (DP), and Packaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Strategic Execution: Execute the brand's comprehensive CMC and technical strategy (tech transfer, process improvements, and lifecycle management).
- Manage the brand's book of work, drive scenario planning (focusing on device, packaging, and DP), and develop detailed project timelines, resource plans, and charters.
- Ensure on-time execution and manage project budgets, proactively identifying and resolving risks and roadblocks.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and sustain high-performing matrix project teams by developing constructive relationships and leading effective meetings to drive team accountability and engagement.
- Communication & Alignment: Provide leadership engagement and alignment by clearly communicating program status, escalating issues to achieve results, and securing governance endorsements.
- Utilize standard project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Project, PPM) and adhere to established business processes.
- Skills, Attributes & Experience: 
- BA/BS in a life science, engineering or other technical discipline
- A demonstrated track-record of success, accomplishments & delivering results
- A minimum of 4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience with Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) and Packaging, Devices and Artwork desirable
- Contract manufacturing Organization experience is desirable
- PMP certification is desirable.
