Job Title: PMO Analyst / Project Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join a dynamic financial services organisation undergoing a major IT transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in large-scale transformation projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will work closely with senior delivery leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives, contributing directly to the organisation's long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, execution, and tracking of deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders across IT, business functions, and external vendors.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and action trackers.

Identify and escalate project risks and issues while supporting mitigation planning and quantitative analysis.

Assist in coordinating resources and scheduling to keep projects on track.

Support quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and business requirements.

Contribute to lessons learned and process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in IT/STEM, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years' experience in a project support or analyst role.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and exposure to project management tools.
