The Manager of Business Implementation will play a pivotal role in managing and executing strategic projects - from fund launches and transitions to restructures and mergers. You'll act as the key bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate fund launches, transitions, closures, and related structural changes.
Develop project scopes and timelines, managing all aspects of execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.
Chair meetings, track milestones, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive accountability across business teams.
Maintain detailed implementation logs and process documentation.
Support strategic projects aimed at driving organisational growth.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Proven experience in project or business implementation management within the funds industry (UCITS/AIFs).
Strong client service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of fund structures, administration, and operational processes.
Confident communicator - articulate, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Excellent organisational and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and ManCo experience are advantageous but not essential.
