What You'll Be Doing:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking key project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among IT, various business departments, and external vendors.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and action trackers.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, contributing to mitigation planning and creative problem-solving.
- Quality & Improvement: Support the delivery lead in ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards and business requirements, while also contributing ideas for continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a project support capacity.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT/STEM, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management tools.
- A collaborative team player who can adapt to changing priorities.
