Programme Manager - Transformation & Technology - Semi State

Ideal profile:

• Techno-functional Programme Manager with 10+ years' experience and a proven track record delivering within governance-heavy programme environments - ideally in either transport, infrastructure, utilities, or other regulated sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recognised programme management frameworks such as MSP, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.
