    Power Apps Power Platform Developer

    Dublin City Centre Permanent Competitive

    Power Apps Power Platform Developer

    About the job

Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid - 3 days in office, with flexibility)

    Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

    Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Firm Our client is a premier, top-tier international corporate law firm headquartered in Dublin. Renowned for innovation and excellence, the firm is expanding its internal technology capabilities. This is a newly created, exclusive role reporting directly to the Head of Innovation and Technology, offering a unique opportunity to transition a critical function in-house and take genuine ownership of the firm's Power Platform roadmap.

The Role As the sole Power Apps Developer, you will be the go-to expert for designing, building, and deploying custom business applications. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will work closely with business leaders to automate legal workflows, optimize internal processes, and replace external contractor workflows. While you will collaborate across the broader IT ecosystem, your core focus will be driving value through the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities * Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven apps).

    • Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate (Flow).
    • Collaborate directly with the Head of Innovation & Tech to scope requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Maintain and optimize existing data structures, ensuring smooth integration with Dynamics 365 environments and Dataverse.
    • Act as the internal subject matter expert, ensuring best practices in governance, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

Requirements * Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

    • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate is essential.
    • Database/CRM: Strong familiarity with Dataverse (CDS) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture.
    • Autonomy: Ability to work independently without training; you must be comfortable taking a project from concept to deployment.
    • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to interface with legal and business heads.
