My client is a leading non profit based in Dublin West. They are seeking an operations admin to join their team on a 2 year fixed term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of all operational plans related to events, ensuring smooth logistical delivery.
- Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures across departments.
- Manage and maintain operational databases, ensuring data is current, accurate, and reliable.
- Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues, collaborating with relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate work consistently.
- Skilled in creating clear and concise reports, procedures, and policies.
- Must hold a full, clean driving license and have access to own vehicle.
- Flexible regarding shift rotation and willing to travel to events as required.
