Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of a mortgage product portfolio, ensuring commercial success, regulatory compliance, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product strategy and growth plans.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Enhance reporting, insights, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic transformation and platform improvement projects.
• Manage product-related complaints and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in the mortgage sector or a strong banking product management background.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Broad product management experience preferred.
