Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Dublin | Hybrid

I'm currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and fast-growing retail business with a strong presence across Ireland and a large eCommerce operation.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1+ years' experience who is commercially minded and enjoys getting beyond the numbers to understand business performance.

The role:

• Management accounting, reconciliations & month-end reporting
• Cash, store finance and balance sheet control
• Variance analysis and investigation of financial trends
• Business partnering with operational and store teams
• Management information and ad hoc commercial analysis
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and automation
• Oversight of credit card and store financial activity

What they're looking for:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in a similar finance role
• Strong Excel skills
• Commercial or operational finance experience
• FMCG, retail, manufacturing or distribution experience is advantageous
• D365 experience is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
