Role supports the operation and maintenance of a large, multi-temperature distribution facility
Focus on safety, operational efficiency, environmental initiatives, and asset reliability
Key contributor to maintaining facilities and supporting continuous improvement
Deliver a high-quality, safe, and efficient maintenance service to site operations
Manage and support maintenance contracts associated with the distribution centre
Carry out electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Perform electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled plant and equipment
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
Provide technical support for site facilities and services, including:
Refrigeration systems
Compressed air systems
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines
Update and maintain accurate records on the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS):
Log work completed
Record equipment updates and store transactions
Complete planned work in line with daily schedules and shift requirements
Support environmental, quality, health, and safety initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive)
Minimum of 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, logistics, or storage environment
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems
High level of awareness of Quality, Health & Safety standards
Flexibility to work shift rotations and travel as required
