Morgan McKinely is excited to be working with a world-class biopharmaceutical facility in Dublin is currently seeking a Reliability Technician (Shift) to support operations in a high-performing GMP manufacturing environment. This contract role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated maintenance or reliability professional to contribute to the performance and reliability of critical production assets.

Breakdown Response: Swiftly respond to equipment issues or process deviations, ensuring minimal impact on production.

Planned Maintenance: Carry out preventative, predictive, and calibration activities per maintenance schedules using CMMS.

Documentation: Record detailed failure data, maintenance interventions, and asset histories. Provide robust shift handovers and support RCA efforts.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities for optimisation in maintenance strategies, spare parts management, and SOPs.

Vendor Management: Support the planning and supervision of external contractors during overhauls and project execution Team Support: Assist in training peers and developing documentation. Provide production support with setups, validations, and cleaning.

Compliance: Uphold GMP standards, maint, in audit readiness, and follow all safety procedures.

Level 6 qualification (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

2-4 years of experience in a maintenance, reliability, or technician role within a regulated environment (biopharma, pharma, medical device, FMCG, etc.).

Strong knowledge of GMP practices, CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo), and maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM).

Excellent troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
