The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a critical DCS/MES (DeltaV/Syncade) integration project for a global leader in the Life Sciences sector. This role is positioned at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, requiring a leader who can translate complex needs into seamless functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Workshops: Act as the primary interface with business units to capture requirements and define the integration strategy.
• Design Ownership: Develop and communicate robust design solutions that align MES (Syncade) and DCS (DeltaV) architectures.
• Team Leadership: Technically guide a team of engineers through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
• Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet the rigorous GMP and validation standards required in a flagship pharmaceutical facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead on previous DeltaV/Syncade integration projects.
• Strong background in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of running successful stakeholder workshops.
