Are you a heavy-hitting Automation Contractor who excels at rescuing or driving major global rollouts? Are you at your best when managing external vendors and acting as the client-side owner's representative?
We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager / OT Delivery Lead for an initial 12-month contract with a very strong likelihood of extension.
This is a client-side role. You will not be doing hands-on programming; instead, you will be steering external system integrators, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of a major ongoing digitization project.
The Core Project:
AVEVA Systems Platform Migration: You will oversee the framework replication and site delivery, involving global travel across the US, Asia, and South America to get these sites over the line.
What You Need to Bring:
- AVEVA Expertise: Deep experience or technical fluency with AVEVA System Platform (Wonderware / ArchestrA). You must understand the tech well enough to ensure the vendors are aligning precisely with global engineering standards and project scope.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: A proven track record of acting as the client-side lead, holding external system integrators accountable to deadlines and scope.
- Industrial Manufacturing Background: Experience in Batch, Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, or heavy processing environments.
- Hit-The-Ground-Running Mindset: The ability to step into an active, multi-site project and immediately align stakeholders.
