Role: Large Enterprise Program Manager - Professional Services
Overview:
Lead high-impact, enterprise-scale programs for a fast-growing SaaS leader in subscription billing. Own end-to-end delivery for large clients, partner with executive stakeholders, and drive projects from post-sale execution to select pre-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex enterprise projects, aligning scope with customer business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, resources, and P&L.
Serve as primary client liaison, including C-level engagement and risk management.
Support pre-sales efforts, SOWs, scoping, and uncover upsell opportunities.
Shape program management best practices and knowledge sharing.
Experience:
7+ years with consulting firms or systems integrators, managing large projects.
7-10 years in ERP, CRM, billing, or financial services implementations.
Strong leadership, client management, and executive communication skills.
