    About the Role
    My client is seeking an experienced International Growth Consultant to support strategic and fast-growing clients in achieving their global expansion objectives. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify high-potential markets, provide data-led insights, and develop tailored international growth strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise high-potential clients on defining and delivering their international business and market expansion goals.

    • Build and nurture long-term, senior-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.

    • Provide bespoke, data-driven recommendations using internal dashboards and third-party sources (e.g. Euromonitor, Statista).

    • Collaborate with clients to co-create strategic business plans and compelling sales narratives.

    • Diagnose operational challenges related to international growth and work with internal teams to support localised market operations (e.g. payments, customer experience, logistics, localisation).

    • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values diverse thinking, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

    • Experience in consultative sales, strategy consulting, in-house consulting, or business development.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-led approach to decision making.

    • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives.

    • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, though not required.
