    About the job

We are delighted to be supporting a leading global technology company in their search for a HR Director to join their EMEA team. This is a high-impact role partnering with executive leadership to build a high-performing organisation. To succeed, candidates must have proven experience in sales and customer-facing environments, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling revenue-driven teams.

This opportunity goes beyond managing HR processes - it's about acting as a true strategic partner, shaping culture, influencing leadership decisions, and driving business outcomes through people-centric solutions. With a focus on high-growth Revenue teams, this role will serve as the main point of contact for people strategy across the EMEA region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior and executive leaders as a trusted advisor, anticipating and solving people-related challenges while enabling long-term business growth.
    • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and coaching initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and scalability.
    • Support leaders in building and maintaining high-performing teams through effective performance management and engagement strategies.
    • Leverage data and insights to address organisational challenges and unlock new opportunities.
    • Lead critical people initiatives across the region, including restructures, integrations, and transformation projects.

    Experience Required

    • 15+ years' experience in a People Business Partner or similar role, ideally within fast-paced, complex, multinational environments.
    • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue-driven functions.
    • Deep knowledge of EMEA employment law and cultural nuances across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Proven expertise in organisational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect HR strategy to business outcomes.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships.
