Exciting new opportunity for a Group Head of HR to join a leading organisation as they embark on their growth journey across Ireland and the UK.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of HR will play a key role in leading and implementing the people strategy for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver and develop the HR Strategy in line with company goals and objectives across all business locations.
- Work closely with the key business stakeholders to further implement the HR standard across the business in order to deliver a uniformed approach to HR and the people agenda in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
- Provide leadership and own the ER/IR across the business and drive the relationship with union representatives in the delivery of key objectives such as pay negotiations and other organisational changes that may arise.
- Implement the talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies including manpower planning, talent development and reward management.
- Partner with the leadership team on talent strategies and actions to build an engaged and high-performing business.
- Lead the training and coaching agenda for the organisation in line with key metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a 10+ years' experience in HR at a senior level and a proven track record in a similar role. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing, unionised environment is highly desirable. Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills required.
