An established player in the cybersecurity space is seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead its B2B strategy. This newly created role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, developing new services, and expanding brand visibility both in Ireland and across key European markets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy focused on revenue growth and brand development.
Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cybersecurity data analytics services.
Drive targeted marketing campaigns tailored to key industries including technology, hosting services, and web development.
Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring offerings are aligned with market demand and customer needs.
Own the full sales pipeline: from lead generation to closing, including reporting on KPIs using CRM tools.
Create and oversee the development of customer-facing materials and campaign assets in conjunction with the marketing team.
A degree or relevant professional qualification.
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven leadership experience, ideally in cybersecurity, digital services, or regulated technology sectors.
Experience launching or scaling digital business functions or services.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity or tech landscape and a passion for innovation.
A solid professional network, especially within digital regulation, cybersecurity, or related policy sectors, is a plus.
Strong sales administration and reporting skills.
Familiarity with NIS, CER, DORA, or other relevant European digital regulations.
Previous experience working with channel partners or building B2B ecosystems.
