Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Business Partnering and FP&A function across the business.
- Providing commercial finance expertise and strategic insight to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Evaluating inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions and investment cases.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Delivering clear analysis of business performance while identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Developing and executing the long-term financial strategy to support sustainable growth over the next 5-10 years.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- 10+ years' post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience within FMCG or Retail (highly desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insight.
- A proven track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing key business decisions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent financial planning, modelling, business case evaluation and risk management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
