* Senior Customer Strategy / Proposition professional with 8-10+ years' experience in proposition development, customer strategy, innovation, or related strategic functions.
* Strong experience leveraging customer insight, behavioural data, and market trends to influence strategic decision-making and proposition design.
* Proven track record operating across complex, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering customer-centric change programmes.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes, business priorities, and delivery feasibility.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
