The Head of Finance will lead the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management and control. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, treasury functions, and risk management. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership, external partners, and auditors to drive financial stability and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Manage treasury functions, ensuring adequate funding and risk management.
- Implement and refine financial policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Experience & Skills
- Qualified accountant with significant experience in financial leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience leading teams and managing financial operations at scale.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or government-backed institutions.
- Familiarity with digital transformation in finance functions.
