Strategic Account Co-ordinator - Global Clients
Are you a highly organised professional with the gravitas to manage senior stakeholders? We are working with a leading international insurance broker to find an exceptional coordinator.
This is a newly created role. It is not a standard administrative or pure broking role; it is a unique project-management position where you will take ownership of a number of global accounts..
What makes this role different: Global accounts are, by nature, complex. You will act as the crucial "connection" -the glue between account directors, service teams, and massive multinational clients. By bringing a robust project-management discipline to the coordination of large complex client accounts , you will enable account directors to spend more time focusing on client value-add and revenue-generating activities.
What you will be doing:
- Strategic Coordination: Managing the renewal process and lifecycle for major global accounts, ensuring strategic processes are followed and deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Using your personality and influence to coax senior directors and brokers into aligning with project goals.
- Data Management: Owning account data and reporting. The role is very Excel-heavy, so proficiency is a plus.
- Client Engagement: Facing clients to confidently sell the value of our strategic account processes.
Who we are looking for:
We are hiring a type of person, not a specific CV. We are highly open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
- Experience: Insurance industry experience advantageous but not essential! If you have stellar stakeholder management skills and can bring people along with you, we will train you on the insurance technicalities.
- Technical Skills: A high level of skill with Microsoft Excel is highly beneficial. An interest in data analytics or Power BI is a huge plus.
- Work Style: You must be highly focused, resistant to getting dragged off course, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. You need to manage your own workload efficiently so you can coordinate the activity of 10+ others.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold senior team members accountable.
