    My client is seeking a Front of House / Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic where you will manage front-of-house operations, coordinate appointment systems, support clinical staff and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

    You'll be joining a close-knit, professional team where flexibility, initiative and a passion for helping people are highly valued.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the first point of contact, projecting a positive and welcoming image of the clinic

    • Manage reception operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day function

    • Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally

    • Operate the appointments and payments system, including daily reconciliations

    • Liaise effectively with the Cork-based Optima Clinic as required

    • Maintain accurate administrative records, including filing and data management

    • Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient information and documentation

    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations

    • Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming reception and client area

    • Oversee cash management, stock control and supplies

    About You:

    The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.

    You will have:

    • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar front-of-house or healthcare administration role

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • A professional, dependable and polished presentation

    • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

    • The ability to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment

    • A strong work ethic and flexible, team-oriented mindset

    • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Fluent written and spoken English

    Experience within a healthcare or medical clinic setting is a distinct advantage.
