Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a leading organisation in Dublin West on an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst.
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this role will play a key part in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis. The successful candidate will also contribute to strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Support rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting and short-term treasury activities.
- Maintain accurate financial data, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting controls.
- Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support business and investment decisions.
- Improve and automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools.
- Work with Finance, BI and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting.
- Support audit processes, capital adequacy analysis and stress testing.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or treasury.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience across budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of management accounts, financial controls and cash management.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
